EARN projects goal
Youth Development and Economic Transformation
This initiative has been undertaken to enhance the skills of rural NEET youth and ensure their economic inclusion. Through this initiative, the project aims to accelerate the country's sustainable economic transformation by creating a skilled workforce of 900,000 youth by 2030.
Alignment with the Government’s Election Manifesto
The current government’s election manifesto gives the highest priority to creating employment opportunities for youth and engaging them in economic activities. The EARN Project is one of the key initiatives undertaken to implement this priority.
Skills Development and Employment
The project focuses on long-term outcomes, including:
Identifying rural NEET youth and providing them with training opportunities.
Enhancing youth employability through market-demand-driven skills development training.
Creating access to seed financing and loan opportunities for new entrepreneurs.
Creating practical employment opportunities for youth through internships.
নারীর অর্থনৈতিক অন্তর্ভুক্তি
EARN প্রকল্প নারীদের অংশগ্রহণ বৃদ্ধি এবং সামাজিক বাধা দূর করতে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়:
যুব নারীদের জন্য নিরাপদ পরিবেশ ও অর্থনৈতিক কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ নিশ্চিত করা ।
সামাজিক সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির মাধ্যমে কর্মক্ষেত্রে নারীদের এগিয়ে নেওয়া।
কমিউনিটি সম্পৃক্ততার মাধ্যমে গ্রামীণ নারীদের সামাজিক মর্যাদা বাড়ানো।
আচরণ পরিবর্তনমূলক কার্যক্রম নারীদের অর্থনৈতিক অন্তর্ভুক্তি ত্বরান্বিত করা।
টেকসই অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়ন
দক্ষ মানবসম্পদ গঠনের মাধ্যমে গ্রামীণ অর্থনীতি আরও শক্তিশালী করা।
দেশের সামগ্রিক উন্নয়ন নিশ্চিত করতে যুবদের সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণ বাড়ানো ।
অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক ও টেকসই অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নে ভূমিকা রাখা।

২০৩০ সালের মধ্যে ৯ লক্ষ দক্ষ শ্রমশক্তি গড়ে তোলা ।
NEET যুবদের সংখ্যা হ্রাস করে জাতীয় লক্ষ্য অর্জনে ভূমিকা রাখা।
এর মধ্য দিয়ে বাংলাদেশের অর্থনৈতিক রূপান্তর ত্বরান্বিত করা।
দক্ষ জনশক্তি গড়ার মাধ্যমে দেশকে উন্নয়নশীল দেশে উত্তরণে সাহায্য করা।
